A 23-year-old visionary entrepreneur grew up in the serene hills of Chikmagalur, the birthplace of Indian coffee. From his childhood, he spent his life in a small village surrounded by lush green estates and scenic destinations like Baba Budan Giri, Mullayanagiri, Kattad Giri Falls, Hebbe Falls, and Ammanagudi — places where the aroma of freshly roasted beans fills the air and coffee is a way of life.

Watching farmers nurture coffee plants with dedication and tradition, Sachin developed a deep connection with the soil and the craft of coffee-making. The rhythm of coffee life — from cherry picking to sun drying and roasting — became a part of his identity.

However, as he grew, he witnessed how many commercial brands began mixing pure beans with blended varieties, misleading consumers into believing they were tasting true Chikmagalur coffee. This realization sparked a purpose within him — to protect and promote the purity of Chikmagalur coffee on a global scale.

Thus, NiVAARA Coffee House was born — not just as a brand, but as a movement. A movement to deliver 100% pure Chikmagalur Arabica coffee beans directly from the estates to the world, without compromise, without blending, and without losing authenticity.
